  • Creating Dial Up for Windows XP

I applied for connect on 18th of may ,still waiting for the maintenance men to come over my house to install the 299 (double plan package),today is 29th of may,and many days has gone since applied for the connection.My application number is 371190230,when ever I call the customer care service by dialing 101,they used to inform me they will forward the message to higher department, we do the best out of this...

    my elife internet connections'wifi some time it is automatically disconnecting and automatically conecting.
    and also some time signal is high but cant open any application such as you tube etc. i complained many time to etisalat and they sent technician and checked router, power and cables , every thing is ok. he maintained but after 1/2 hour same problem started again.
    have any solution ?

  7. before 20 days , i submit application for internet, with in 2 days technician came and gave me a device of dlink router with out configuration, after that i called him many time he is not attending my calls,now from 5 days im calling to customer services they just said we will configure your account within 24 hours, they just gave me case file, but they are not doing work on this issue, my account nbr 043477610, very bad services, technician name Asim, his contact# 0564010249, ple take necessary action on this issue,
